Within 12 months, Certsure moved up 7 places in The Times Best Companies rankings.

Certsure has a consistent aim further to improve its rankings in The Times Best Companies rankings. The business knew that it was the development of the management team overall that would play a big part developing employee engagement, and in building the business. This is a business where marginal gains are critical in its development.

Frances Barnes, Group HR Manager, sought out a company that would design a management training programme that would provide the development the business needed. When Righttrack proposed analysing the Best Companies reports and design a training programme that linked directly with specific ranking-relevant areas, Certsure had found the solution.

From there Certsure’ s own five-modular management programme, ‘ Leading the Way’ , was born. The programme was submitted to Institute of Leadership & Management, and delivered as a recognised Development Award.


99.7% of delegates said the training specialist’s delivery style was good or excellent.


98.8% of delegates found the programme’s activities and exercises to be of good or excellent standard


Overall there was a massive 45% increase in the skill and knowledge of the 60+ delegates that attended the 5 modular programme
