Stage One - Trainer Essentials - ILM Approved

Anyone who wishes to acquire the essential knowledge and skills to be a successful trainer will find that this train the trainer course answers all their questions. The Righttrack team of professional trainers have prepared this thorough programme to train new and practicing trainers.

Stage Two - Trainer Facilitation Skills - ILM Approved

Facilitation skills are a critical part of a trainer's personal toolkit. This programme has been designed based on many years of experience and provides an enlightening and challenging opportunity for new and practising trainers.

Stage Three - Experiential Learning - ILM Approved

This exciting programme focuses on the theory behind experiential learning and how this can be applied in practical terms to learning events in a broad range of different ways. Attending this programme will greatly enhance a trainer's ability to design and implement learning beyond the normal training room boundaries. The programme will include the use of different media and settings, such as the outdoors, to inspire delegate centred learning which is challenging and informative, as well as highly creative.

Writing Training Material and Manuals

This programme covers a lot of content regarding learning in general, as well as the design of manuals and supporting materials. The programme assumes that delegates have no prior learning in the subject.

 

The content includes the use of appropriate templates for manuals, exercise, handouts as well as slides. Throughout the focus is very much on the requirement for writers to prepare manuals and materials for use by others not just themselves.

Training Small Groups & Individuals

This highly interactive, two day programme has specific focus on the development of small groups and one to one learning sessions. The programme is stand alone, however learners will benefit from having previous experience of preparing and implementing learning sessions to large and/or small groups.

 

The programme includes a lot of practical, hands on content allowing delegates to build on the theory and readily prepare to implement new skills immediately on
returning to the workplace.

 

Time is included to allow delegates to practice and receive feedback from
their delegate colleagues as well as the trainer.

Consultancy Skills Workshop for Trainers

This three day development programme is held in workshop style and concentrates on a combination of skills and techniques required for those in a consulting role.

 

The programme includes examination of approaches to handle challenging situations and the need to adopt influencing strategies required in matrix management situations. The programme includes time to rehearse and practice critical skills to enhance confidence.
