Age Equality & Diversity

The UK has an ageing population. By the middle of the 21st century, there will only be 2.5 people of working age to each pensioner, which will put tremendous pressure on funding pension payments.

Organisations are required by law not to discriminate in employment on the grounds of age. Legislation was extended in the 2010 Equality Act.

Sexual Orientation in Equality & Diversity
