Teamworking in Clinical Commissioning (experiential) - 1 day
This experiential one day programme allows delegates to immerse themselves into a business simulation that will highlight the theories and demonstrate in practice the reality and benefits of teamwork in action.
Building a Team in the NHS Clinical Commissioning Group Environment - 1 day
Harnessing the strength of teams is one of the most efficient ways of delivering objectives and achieving strategic goals. This programme recognises the added challenges of building a team of professionals with their own individual wants and needs, in the context of forming new CCGs.
Managing Patient Relationships - 1 day
Background
The planned NHS reforms, driven by the Health and Social Care Bill, will put Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) and GP Practices in a key role on managing budgets and addressing Public and Patient Engagement (PPE).
This gives CCGs the opportunity to lead the way in improving the standards of customer service delivered to patients in GP practices in the CCG cluster.
In-company / bespoke training benefits
Righttrack Consultancy offers in-company training programmes that deliver results.
The training can be bespoke to the exact requirements of the client or selected from Righttrack's extensive portfolio of existing programmes. People are often pleasantly surprised that both these options can offer cost effective alternatives to sending a number of staff on a standard open (public) course.
