Creative Problem Solving & Decision Making

Being able to problem solve effectively is an extremely important competence for managers, particularly being able to lead small groups or teams through that process.

This module provides a solid structure and the tools and techniques to analyse problems and create innovative solutions.

Throughout the day the content will be applied to actual problems, current or historical, so that participants are practiced in their use during the course.
