ILM Development Programmes

ILM Development Programmes are company-specific programmes with industry-wide recognition. Programmes can be custom-designed in a wide variety of leadership and management areas and do not require formal assessments, just full attendance.

People who have either leadership or management responsibility or soon will have.

You can have an ILM recognised programme written specifically for your organisation or you can utilise our collection of programmes which have already been recognised by the ILM as ILM Development Programmes.

Righttrack handle all participants' registration and administration and, on completion of the programme, delegates will be issued with an ILM certificate (please note this is not a formal qualification).

Programme Structure:
As the ILM Development Programmes can be designed specifically for your organisation, the structure is flexible to meet with your requirements.

Post Programme Support:
Throughout the whole Development Programme, delegates are fully supported through both ILM and Righttrack Membership. This goes beyond just contact with the Righttrack trainer within module time - all trainers and the Righttrack team are contactable via the telephone and email to help as and when required.

  A 7 x 1 day modular programme that provides participants with the skills, knowledge and behaviours that are essential to be an effective and successful manager
• Righttrack to Leadership
  A 3 module programme that is designed to help people develop the skills and knowledge to become successful leaders in today’s modern businesses
• Leadership Uncovered
  A 3 x 2 day modular programme aimed at team leaders, supervisors and managers who have line management responsibility for individuals and teams. We have also had versions of this programme recognised as ILM Development Programmes specifically for the housing sector and the public sector
• Managing Your Customers
  The aim of this Managing Your Customers programme is to provide comprehensive learning to develop managers and those with management potential to better ‘manage’ customers and to fully understand organisational commitments to customer service
• Sales Management
  The Righttrack Sales Management programme is aimed at all sales managers who manage sales teams. The objective of the programme is to deliver knowledge and management skills so that sales managers can actively coach and develop sales executives in all aspects of their sales activities
• Managing Sales
  The Righttrack Managing Sales programme is aimed at sales executives and sales managers and is designed to progressively provide an understanding of the key knowledge and skills required to be successful in today’s sales market.
