The Equality Act 2010
As part of the General Election manifesto of 2005, the Government pledged a new Equality Bill to harmonise, streamline and simplify existing legislation.
The Equality Act 2010 received Royal Assent in April 2010 and brings together seven different strands of diversity into one piece of legislation with the aim of making the law more accessible and easier to understand.
The requirements placed on public sector organisations are more demanding than those for the private sector. This programme is adapted to suit your requirements depending on your sector; and can be fully customised to fit your specific needs.
