Equality & Diversity - 1 Day

This 1 day equality and diversity programme provides delegates with a good foundation of knowledge, skills and awareness to appreciate equal opportunities within the workplace.

This programme not only positions and explores appropriate legislation but goes a step further to look at the value to the business of sound equality and diversity practices. Exercises examine specific examples for deeper understanding, whilst further sessions explore attitudes and promote changes in behaviour within the work environment.
