Overview
This customisable workshop explores concepts of equality, diversity and human rights and provides participants with practical knowledge, skills and awareness, to support and champion fair, non-discriminatory HR practices.
It helps participants become confident when dealing with what are invariably sensitive topics and provides the opportunity for them to explore and agree best practice as HR practitioners. The main focus of this programme is on the part the delegates play in this area and will focus on their responsibilities and actions. It encompasses both legal and moral responsibilities and is conducted in a fun, interactive and welcoming way.
This workshop explores concepts of equality and diversity, and provides participants with practical knowledge, skills and awareness, to support fair and non-discriminatory management practice. It will help participants to become confident in dealing with a variety of equality and diversity issues.
