Cultural Awareness TrainingCultural Awareness Training

a 1 day in-company programme

Overview
Valuing diversity and accommodating and respecting multi-culturalism is high on the agenda of most organisations and these workshops are for those who aim to keep it there.

The Employment Equality (Religion & Belief) Regulations 2003, which are contained within the Equality Act 2010, state that employers must consider the impact that a diverse culture can have on working relations and potential discrimination that can have far-reaching legal consequences. These flexible workshops ensure that appropriate steps are taken to embrace multi-cultural working and that everyone learns about the importance of multiculturalism and commits to making a contribution to organisational goals.

The workshops are available as more in-depth 1-day programmes or as abridged half-days to suit the needs of the organisation and those attending. Content can be combined with other E&D topics to extend coverage.
