Overview
This is typically delivered as a one-day workshop but can be extended to give more depth or abridged to a half-day by reducing content and time spent on group and practical work.
The sessions are interactive and provide information on age equality legislation and its impact. They also explore general good practice, and practical ways of instilling a culture of age equality within teams and the organisation with advice on sources of help and guidance.
