Steve McManus

Steve McManusSteve has an enviable track record and an unique portfolio of skills and qualifications, which are enhanced by his experience as a Development Consultant since 1995.

Steve has proven capabilities in designing and delivering innovative and creative development solutions specific to clients' business needs. He is known for his instinctive way with people.

He has excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills, which allows him to be sensitive to the learning needs of his audience but a tough task-master when it comes to challenging fixed ways of thinking and deeply embedded paradigms. Steve’s whole focus is to select carefully from his resource of theory and models to support learning that is pragmatic and that really does result in improved effectiveness.

In his spare time enjoys skiing, mountain biking and travelling.

 

Graham Proud

Graham ProudGraham’s humour, personal skills and enthusiastic style make him an outstanding learning and development facilitator and consultant. Graham balances his willingness to challenge delegates in the learning environment with an empathic approach that generates great trust with everyone he meets.

Graham has excelled as a learning & development consultant for over 13 years, during which time he has helped many individuals transform, reach their full potential and significantly add value in their work roles both in the UK and internationally.

His engaging and supportive style delivers consistent results with delegate feedback consistently at the highest levels. We know that Graham will always be invited back to his clients time and time again.

Outside work Graham enjoys keeping fit, decorating and has a passion for travel.

 

Lynne Hunt

Lynne HuntLynne is an experienced training consultant and facilitator with over 20 years industry experience in management and staff development. She specialises in ethical, social and employee well-being issues.

Lynne's approach is practical, honest, objective and focuses on what participants really need to know. Her enthusiastic and interactive style maximises participation and achieves results through positive involvement. Lynne's excellent interpersonal skills enable participants to enjoy themselves whilst learning, thereby maximising benefits for both employer and employee.

Fully qualified, Lynne is a business mentor for the Princes Trust and a volunteer consultant and Area Board Member for Young Enterprise. In 2001 she was voted the Wyre Forest Business Person of the Year and in 2004 she won the 'Inspirational Women' Business Woman of the Year award for Dudley in the Black Country.

 

Phil Clarkson

Phil ClarksonPhil has an excellent reputation for his creative design and high energy delivery. You can be assured that every delegate will be fully engaged from start to finish.

Phil’s clever use of humour brings the training alive; his easy going yet professional approach makes him a very popular consultant with delegates and clients alike.

Phil truly believes in delivering excellent training experiences that not only teach but inspire people to be the best they possible can be. He is committed to constantly improving his own performance to ensure he can positively influence everyone he meets.

He effectively delivers theoretical based training with a practical and pragmatic approach; he strongly believes that a whole lot of theory is of no use without a whole lot of action.

 

Sarah Goodfellow

Sarah GoodfellowSarah is a highly motivated, self-starting individual with 20 years’ learning and development experience that includes training, consulting and organisational development activities in both the Public and Private Sectors.

Sarah is unmistakably passionate about what she does. It is evident from the enthusiasm she exudes that she gains immense satisfaction from assisting delegates in developing to their full potential. Sarah is all too aware of how individuals, teams and organisations can excel when equipped with the right knowledge, skills and attitudes.

Sarah is driven by results. By utilising her excellent communication skills, Sarah is able to design and deliver practical and rousing learning & development interventions.

Outside of work Sarah enjoys horse riding, travelling, cooking, pig handling and socialising.

 

Derek West

Derek WestDerek’s career has spanned all aspects of business, from chartered accountancy, through many years’ experience in industry worldwide. His calm, methodical approach to learning and development makes him a very popular choice for many subjects.

His practical approach ensures that every delegate stops to explore how each learning set can be applied to their job roles, often culminating in detailed development plans, action strategies and groups projects.

He is able to draw on this wide range of experience to create and run training courses that are characterised by a practical, hands-on approach, by reference to real life examples, and by a belief that business training should be memorable, interactive and fun.

 

Alaba Okuyiga

Alaba OkuyigaAlaba has extensive experience as an equality and diversity consultant. He brings an incredible depth of practical understanding to any aspect of equality and diversity training; his vast experience in this specialist subject area means Alaba is able to bring programmes to life with evidential stories and draw upon examples of best practices from the private, public and third sectors.

No matter what the programme or level, Alaba is dedicated to equipping his delegates with the knowledge, skills and attitude needed to maintain a heightened awareness of equality and diversity in the workplace.

Outside of the training room, Alaba has chaired over 300 selection panels and for the last eight years he has been the Home Secretary’s appointee & Chair of the West Midlands Police Authority Selection Panel.

 

Rennie Gould

Rennie GouldRennie is a professional consultant with an outstanding record for helping clients implement their marketing strategy and transform their sales performance. Rennie's experience covers financial services, chemicals, automotive, telecommunications, construction and professional services.

He is an experienced trainer, workshop facilitator and consultant who has researched, designed and led development programmes and consultancy projects in almost every aspect of sales, marketing and customer strategy. His client work has not only taken him across Europe, but also to the United States, Canada and the Middle East.

Rennie has also written a number of articles on CRM and customer strategy and has been a speaker at numerous conferences. Formerly, he was a visiting Lecturer in Services Marketing at Bristol Business School.

Outside of work, Rennie enjoys playing tennis & golf and following the Clarets.

 

Lynne Greaves

Lynne GreavesLynne’s professional yet friendly approach sets the tone for all of her learning and development programmes. Her approachable and engaging personality put delegates at ease, whilst her experience and strength give her credibility with delegates of all levels, from team leaders to the board.

The delegate feedback we receive after Lynne has delivered a programme is always impeccable and we have clients that just insist on having her deliver all of their learning and development interventions.

Her natural ability to build rapport and her genuine interest in everyone as an individual means she quickly builds relationships with her delegates. Lynne has excellent communication skills and a strong sense of humour which, together, underpin the effectiveness of the learning experience for her delegates.

Outside work, Lynne fills her life with sailing, cooking, gardening and holidaying.

 

Brain Dannatt

Brian DannattBrian is an energetic and motivational international trainer; a facilitator of learning able to inspire and influence.

Brian’s career has spanned many industry sectors, from HM Forces, through many years’ experience in industry (logistics, manufacturing, service, education, travel and financial services). With a proven track record of facilitating learning and development in a wide range of business areas, Brian is able to apply his breadth and depth of experience to create an open and honest environment where delegates can explore ways in which they can become more effective in their job roles. Through intense workshops, training programmes and coaching, Brian gives his delegates the tools and support they require to make long-lasting changes.

A customer has recently described Brian’s facilitation technique as “Awesome!” – A statement that speaks loud and clear.

 

Stephen Harris

Stephen HarrisStephen is capable of building high levels of rapport in interactive programmes and making even the most challenging subject material engaging. He specialises in developing materials specifically suited to client needs.

Stephen has delivered measurable improvements to profitability and cost reduction in a wide range of organisations from SME’s to large blue chip organisations and is highly experienced in the use of improvement tools with a working knowledge of key financial and quality performance indicators.

 

Liz Moyles

Liz MoylesLiz is a highly skilled, professional corporate and executive coach, consultant and trainer with more than 14 year’s experience within UK and global FTSE 100 Companies. Liz possesses a strong coaching background gained over a 9-year period and has in excess of 1,000 practical coaching hours gained operating as an internal coach and subsequently with clients of Righttrack.

Liz brings an edge to her working relationships and is at ease conversing easily with business clients about the commercial realities of leading and managing a business through its various business cycles. She has extensive and diverse experience gained within Strategic and Operational HR Management, Business Process Re-engineering, Project Management and Change Management.

Outside of work Liz enjoys half-marathon running, hill walking, reading personally and professionally and walking her crazy husky dog.

 

Mike Legge

Mike leggeMike is a knowledgeable, engaging, respected trainer and performance coach with a good record of creating as well as delivering material across a broad spectrum of core business disciplines.

Mike is commercially aware with personal experience of running and leading his own businesses; it is through this that he quickly gains the respect and attention of delegates from any level.

Mike inspires, motivates and compels his delegates’ to take on board and implement what they have learnt for the benefit of themselves and the organisations they work with. 

He challenges inertia and stagnant thinking and provides solutions capable of immediate implementation and measurement. As a creative and impactful performance coach and trainer, Mike is able to reflect his style in his learning interventions and programmes from planning stage to final implementation. 

Outside of work, Mike likes to play tennis and golf, walk his dog and play the piano.

 

Colin Rote

Colin RoteColin has extensive experience in designing and facilitating learning events and coaching sessions in a variety of areas. This has involved working with groups from board level to supervisory staff in a wide variety of organisations in the private and public sectors.

His excellent interpersonal skills and interactive style ensures that sessions are engaging and energised.

As well as a sound academic and practical background, Colin uses his experience in theatre and television to bring an invaluable dimension to his training. With a performance background and extensive business experience Colin is perfectly placed to deliver high-level, powerful sessions.

Outside of work, Colin loves running to keep fit, motor racing, trips to the theatre and travelling the world.

 

Colin Forster

Colin ForsterAn excellent facilitator of learning and development is able to promote a challenging environment which respects the fact people learn best when relaxed and comfortable. Colin is talented at doing just that; he is approachable, compassionate and practical but with his vision firmly fixed on the objectives, Colin is an instigator of change.

With extensive experience as a training consultant and corporate and executive coach, Colin is a highly skilled practitioner. His business career spans over 25 years working in senior management positions for international companies.

His passion is developing people at all levels in the organisation to fulfil their unique potential. Colin’s programmes are bespoke, lively, interactive and practical. He focuses heavily on effective communication, interpersonal dynamics and positive behavioural change using his skills as a Master Practitioner in NLP.

 

Joanna Burke

Joanna BurkeJoanna’s enthusiastic and facilitative approach to learning and development is evident in all her workshops. Her broad and practical experience means she consistently gets excellent feedback and results. Not only is she skilled at helping delegates to transfer skills directly to their roles in the workplace, but she is able to recognise and resolve obstacles and objections immediately and effectively.

In addition to her extensive design and delivery of training programmes, she undertakes consultancy projects such as training needs analysis, advisory work to small and medium enterprises on employee relations issues (including representation at employment tribunal), and acts as an Independent Chair on selection and recruitment panels for senior government positions.

She lectures on accredited programmes including adult teacher training, HR and management training programmes via a variety of further and adult education colleges, and is an External Examiner for Thames Valley University.

 

Duncan Kendrick

Duncan KendrickWith over ten years experience in the field of Outdoor and Adventurous activities, delivering programmes lasting 1- day to 30 days, Duncan has been able to mix his passion and enjoyment for the outdoors with the fulfilling work that people development brings. With qualifications and experience in a variety of outdoor activities he appreciates and understands the feeling of trying things for the first time.

His work with a wide range of demographic client types has allowed him to develop an approach which, whilst ensuring the right degree of challenge is met, supports the client through the initial physical experience and onwards into the learning and transfer aspects of the training. His varied, and colourful employment background, in both public and private sectors, brings with it a wealth of knowledge and broader understanding of a number of industries and business departments.

Duncan’s organised and thoughtful approach to learning and development is reflected in his approachable style. He prides himself on being a ‘people person’ and as such is able to unlock the potential in everyone.

 

Haider Shakiry

Haider ShakiryA tri-lingual (English / French / Arabic) MBA qualified business skills trainer and coach, with 23 years of hands-on management experience spanning a broad range of sectors. Haider has trained and coached hundreds of company directors and managers, helping them to establish and improve their businesses.

Haider is adept in transforming theoretical business frameworks, and best practice methods and techniques into skills for his trainees to practice individually and in groups through various creative exercises. Using his engaging and highly interactive training style, and his supportive personal interactions with his trainees, he succeeds in building their capabilities, capacities and confidence in meeting both their employers’ performance targets, as well as their own personal objectives.

 

Valerie McCabe

Valerie McCabeStandard-setting, articulate, creative, challenging and high-impact are just some of the words one would use to describe Valerie. One of her key strengths as a trainer is that she is able to help delegates learn ‘how’ to deliver a method or approach by understanding ‘why’.

Sarah Stokes

Sarah StokesSarah loves to see organisations operate and thrive with motivated, talented people. She is genuinely concerned about each individual’s growth in their skills and knowledge, whatever role they perform in the company. Her focus in on helping people be, the best they can be.

She prides herself on being a real people person and has been described as being, “perceptive to individual needs, showing high levels of empathy and respect”. Sarah has also been described as being a ‘catalyst’ in helping to create a climate of enthusiasm, participation and encouragement in the learning environment. The result - to inspire ‘leadership’ qualities within individuals to achieve results by being focused on the vision of creating a better future and ultimately making a difference.

In parallel to loving her 'work', Sarah enjoys drawing, doodling and generally being creative.

 

Stuart Rogers

Stuart RogersStuart’s career has spanned many aspects of business, from logistics and warehouse management through to multinational procurement and contracting. With many years’ experience in private and public sector industries and for the last six years he has been a management consultant and interim manager.

Stuart has worked with international organisations such as Glaxo Smithkline National Grid, Texas Utilities Anglian Water, as well as UK public sector clients such as Central Office of Information, the Department for Education and Skills.

Stuart enjoys engaging groups and individuals in understanding and recognising opportunities for using best practice methods and techniques in their business and professional life. He is able to draw on this wide range of experience to create and run training courses that are practical, hands-on with reference to real life.

 

Taymour Qabazard

Taymour QabazardTaymour’s colourful background and international experience has helped shape him into a trainer that has a good understanding of what makes people tick. 

Having lived, studied and worked in a variety of places such as California, London, Canada and the Middle East,  and being in fluent in three languages, Taymour’s flexibility and innate ability to adapt allows him to connect with people effortlessly and appreciate the challenges and needs of the international business community.

His “no nonsense” style and approach allows him to pinpoint specific problems early on and apply the right strategies to yield maximum benefit to his clients. Taymour’s background in business development and marketing, in particular the oil and gas industry and IT have given him a deep appreciation of the need for clear and effective communication.
