Steve has proven capabilities in designing and delivering innovative and creative development solutions specific to clients' business needs. He is known for his instinctive way with people. His extensive experience has seen him work with a wide range of impressive clients, including Magnet, Somerfield, Mainline, Adams Childrenswear, Jewsons, Grattons and NEC. He has excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills and in his spare time enjoys skiing, mountain biking and travelling.
Graham Proud
With a background in banking and financial services, Graham has worked in a wide variety of roles for a number of high profile clients, such as HSBC, Royal & Sun Alliance and Taylor Woodrow, both in the UK and internationally. He has a challenging yet supportive approach to learning, relating to real life and sharing personal experience. His effectiveness is based undoubtedly on his sense of humour, excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships at all levels. Outside work Graham enjoys keeping fit, decorating and has a passion for travel.
Lynne Hunt
Lynne's approach is practical, honest and objective and focuses on what participants really need to know. Her enthusiastic and interactive style maximises participation and achieves results through positive involvement. Lynne's excellent interpersonal skills enable participants to enjoy themselves whilst learning, thereby maximising benefits for both employer and employee. Fully qualified, Lynne is a business mentor for the Princes Trust and a volunteer consultant and Area Board Member for Young Enterprise. In 2001 she was voted the Wyre Forest Business Person of the Year and in 2004 she won the 'Inspirational Women' Business Woman of the Year award for Dudley in the Black Country.
Phil Clarkson
He combines sound experience, excellent presentation skills and the latest training techniques to design and deliver training and development programmes in Sales Skills, Customer Service Excellence, Leadership, Teambuilding, Managing a Sales Team, Motivational Skills, Train the Trainer and Presentation Skills. Phil’s passion for customer service excellence that drives productivity and profitability, along with a strong sense of humour has made him a popular trainer with the delegates and business directors that he has worked with.
Sarah Goodfellow
Her experience includes hands-on development, design and delivery from operational roles (both within the HR Function and business operations) with extensive strategic and ‘Group’ roles in Limited, PLC and Blue Chip organisations both within the UK and Europe. As ‘poacher turned gamekeeper’ Sarah is keenly aware of her role as an external consultant and facilitator having recruited and worked with a significant number of providers of all types of consultancy and training to the companies she has worked with during her career to date. Outside of work Sarah enjoys horse riding, travelling, cooking, pig handling and socialising.
Rennie Gould
Rennie has a wide experience of financial services, chemicals, automotive, construction and professional services with experience ranging from business to business via key account management, to consumer via contact centres and CRM. He is an experienced facilitator, workshop leader and trainer, having designed and led management development programmes in most aspects of sales, marketing and customer strategy. Rennie has also written a number of articles on CRM and customer strategy and has been a speaker at numerous conferences. Formerly, he was a visiting Lecturer in Services Marketing at Bristol Business School. Outside of work, Rennie enjoys playing tennis & golf and following the Clarets.
Ray Rodriguez
Ray is the quintessential “People Person” with a style that enables his clients and participants to be as comfortable as possible doing the uncomfortable. Ray has helped develop thousands of Fortune 500 employees and these days spends about 15-20 weeks a year abroad delivering a variety of programmes. His style is one that sweeps his audiences into action due to the instant trust he builds. Ray’s genuine enthusiasm and commitment to his clients has put him in a position to fulfil projects on a national and global spectrum.
Lynne Greaves
Her knowledge of business practices and HR issues combined with a natural talent to engage people is substantial. Her qualifications include a CIPD certificate, MA in Design Management, Post Graduate diploma in Design Management and BA (Hons) in Interior Design. Outside work, Lynne fills her life with sailing, cooking, gardening and holidaying.
Stephen Harris
In those roles he has worked with organisations such as Rolls Royce, BAe, Cahoot, The Open University, Smith & Nephew, City and Guilds, Ford Motor Company and the Co-operative Group. He has also worked extensively within the mutual and voluntary sector developing financial and quality management systems to meet the needs of client and funding organisations. Holding level A and B certificates in Occupational Testing and a qualified Performance Coach with Business Counselling and Assessment Awards, Steve takes a hard skills approach to team development.
Liz Moyles Liz brings an edge to her working relationships and is at ease conversing easily with business clients about the commercial realities of leading and managing a business through its various business cycles. She has extensive and diverse experience gained within Strategic and Operational HR Management, Business Process Re-engineering, Project Management and Change Management. Outside of work Liz enjoys half-marathon running, hill walking, reading personally and professionally and walking her crazy husky dog.
Mike Legge Mike's knowledge of leadership, management development and operational finance provides a compelling proposition to organisations looking to maximise their potential. His naturally engaging style and an ability to simplify complex issues has earned Mike the reputation of being highly effective at motivating and ensuring the transference of skills and knowledge back in the work place. Outside of work, Mike likes to play tennis and golf and seems to be the only member of the family to ensure that a rather energetic golden retriever gets exercised. He also plays the piano and likes to arrange music when time permits.
Colin Rote As well as having a sound academic and practical background, Colin also uses his experience gained during a period in theatre and television. He is a specialist in the use of drama-based techniques in learning and development and has lectured on this subject as well as regularly using it in development programmes. Outside of work, Colin loves running to keep fit, motor racing, trips to the theatre and travelling the world.
Amanda Edwards She has a unique blend of skills and experience gained at a senior level within a variety of complex public sector organisations. She has worked in local government, the Police, a Health Authority, the National Health Service, Primary Care Trust and the Courts. Her strengths have been described by her peers as her ability to ‘get the best from people’, her ability to design and deliver effective learning development programmes and her skill in the management of complex change programmes. Outside of work Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, walking, reading and getting together with friends.
Lynn Suter Lynn has nearly twenty years’ training and development experience encompassing a wide range of topics and clients. She has worked for major blue chip companies both as an employee and a consultant and in different parts of the world. She also has experience of working with central Government in the United Kingdom.
Derek West He has worked with international organisations such as Nestle, Tesco, NTL, Vodafone, British Nuclear Fuels and Capgemini, as well as UK public sector clients such as Surrey County Council, the Department for Education and Skills and Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC). He is able to draw on this wide range of experience to create and run training courses that are characterised by a practical, hands-on approach, by reference to real life examples, and by a belief that business training should be memorable, interactive and fun. |

Lynne has her creative background rooted in interior design, where she worked in a wide variety of industries spanning the UK and internationally. She has been a fully qualified training consultant since 1998 and her training capabilities cover a large number of topics.

Liz is a highly skilled, professional corporate and executive coach, consultant and trainer with more than 12 year’s experience within UK and global FTSE 100 Companies. Liz possesses a strong coaching background gained over a 9-year period and has in excess of 1,000 practical coaching hours gained operating as an internal coach and subsequently with clients of Righttrack.
Mike is a knowledgeable, engaging, respected trainer and performance coach with a good record of creating as well as delivering material across a broad spectrum of core business disciplines.
Colin has extensive experience in designing and facilitating learning events in a variety of areas. This has involved working with groups from boardroom level to front-line and in a wide variety of organisations in the private and public sectors. Noted for his energy and enthusiasm, Colin is able to produce a fun but focussed atmosphere when working with groups.
