Kasmin Cooney

Kasmin is a founding director of Righttrack, working as a Training and Development consultant since 1988. Her time is split between management of client projects and developing business in the UK and in the Middle East.

Kasmin is recognised for her experience and expertise, for creating innovative learning and development solutions and for her entrepreneurial skills. Her client experience is impressive, having worked for some of the most well-known companies in the UK and Middle East.

Kasmin has two children and enjoys outdoor activities, keeping fit and travelling abroad.

Michael Cooney

Michael has a broad understanding of training and development, with 18 years experience in the business backed by 14 years in sales and general management.

Since 1988 he has managed over 150 significant HR, management development and sales training programmes spanning private and public sectors.

His current role involves the strategic and commercial development of Righttrack, both in the UK and the Middle East. 

Outside work, Michael is a keen rugby follower, enjoys overseas travel and engineering new recipes in the kitchen.

Vicci Whelan

Vicci is Righttrack's Key Account Manager, now in her 16th year in the business. There isn't much she doesn't know about Righttrack.

Having joined Righttrack from school, Vicci has developed an enviable knowledge of word processing and software packages and can manage the complexities of the backroom support for any programme, anywhere.

Outside work, Vicci keeps fit and enjoys her young family and holidaying abroad.

Irene Baxter

Irene is the most organised member of the Righttrack team. Her multifunctional role involves being PA at one minute and the financial controller's the next.

Irene joined the Righttrack team in 1995 and has been with us ever since. Known for her Aberdeen accent and welcoming telephone manner, she helps keep the business ship-shape and planned.

Outside work, Irene enjoys her home and family, shopping, gardening and bagpipe bands across the world.

John Freshney

John was originally a Righttrack associate and has been working with Righttrack for over 5 years. In Decemeber of 2007 John joined the internal team as Programme Coordinator.

His pragmatic approach to development is based on up-to-date knowledge of the appropriate theories underpinned by considerable personal experience as a manager and trainer. His solution-oriented approach to programme design, combined with in-depth knowledge of facilitating development projects, enable him to design highly successful training programmes, which adds real value to our clients.

Outside of work, John enjoys gardening, ornithology and DIY and is a keen amateur photographer.

Chris Banting

Chris joined Righttrack as Marketing Specialist in October 2003. Chris has recently been promoted to Business Development and Marketing Manager.

Graduating from Warwick University with a BSc (Hons) in Management Sciences, combined with a background in marketing, Chris has recently gained his Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing for which he won a Top Worldwide Student Award.

Outside work, Chris enjoys music, sport and travelling the world.

Gemma Middleton

Gemma joined Righttrack in September 2006 and her role has recently changed to Marketing Coordinator.

Graduating from Sheffield Hallam University with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, Gemma works alongside Chris to ensure all marketing activities are of the highest quality and inline with Righttrack's values.

Outside work, Gemma enjoys music, films and shopping.

Lara Gardiner

Lara is the Training Coordinator for Righttrack, joining in April 2007.

Lara previously worked in a training environment within the banking industry for many years and works alongside Vicci and Irene to ensure all of our learning and development programmes are of the highest quality.

Outside work, Lara enjoys her family, reading and music.

Codi Cooney

Codi is our office dog.

He is extremely lively, friendly and fun. He has joined Righttrack as Director of Chaos although his main role is to act as a de-stresser for the 'barking mad' Righttrack team.
