kuwait petroleum corporation KPC has been one of Righttrack’s longest serving customers in Kuwait. Having worked with them for over 6 years a good solid relationship has been developed. A wide range of development topics have been designed and implemented in KPC, which include basic and advanced planning skills, organisational skills and employee well-being. Due to the good relationship, a strong understanding of the learning and development needs of KPC has helped Righttrack design and implement specific programmes tailored around their learning needs. The objective that all Righttrack programmes must meet is that they be interactive for the delegates – the learning message needs to be communicated in a fun and engaging way. This is always the focus of a KPC programme and is working, as the number of courses that are offered to Righttrack are increasing year on year. |
