  • The skill to recognise the feelings and emotions that shape both your behaviour and that of others, so you can gain a true insight into how others feel
  • The knowledge on how to handle potentially difficult characters and high conflict situations, so that you can always arrive at a positive outcome
  • Assertiveness in three easy steps; giving you the ability to remain assertive and the techniques that help to avoid ineffective passive or aggressive behaviours
  • The ability to analyse the complex web of relationships and interactions you encounter on a daily basis, so you can identify what relationships require attention and how you can go about improving them
  • Skills to read the body language and non-verbal communication of others, whilst managing your own, so that you can be aware of underlying reactions, thoughts and feelings
  • A plan of action for putting graduate skills and knowledge into practice
