Ready-To-Run Training from RighttrackThis programme introduces the concept of equality and diversity and provides delegates with a basic foundation of knowledge, skills and awareness to appreciate equal opportunities within the workplace.

Programme Content

  • Build a picture and be able to define equality and diversity
  • Develop an understanding of the importance and value of equality and diversity in the work environment
  • Review key legislation and the impact it has within the workplace
  • Develop an appreciation of the different attitudes towards equality and diversity
  • Develop an understanding of why everyone should promote and encourage equality and diversity at work

For a more in-depth understanding of the impact equality and diversity can have on an organisation and how best to fully utilise diversity we have an extended 1-day programme.
