Equal Opportunities And Diversity

Ready-To-Run Training from RighttrackThis programme introduces and explores the concept of equality and diversity and provides delegates with the necessary knowledge, skills and awareness to implement and appreciate equal opportunities within the workplace.

Programme Content

  • The benefits to the individual and the organisation of establishing an environment that offers equal opportunity and values diversity
  • A clear understanding of what equality and diversity is in today’s world and our working environments
  • An understanding of the importance of equality vs. diversity in the work environment
  • An appreciation of the different attitudes towards equality and diversity and the implications they each carry
  • A clear message of why, and how, everyone should promote and encourage equality and diversity at work
  • Activities to understand and explore discrimination and build up a repertoire of skills and knowledge to identify and deal with it effectively
  • A wide ranging review of current and upcoming legislation and the impact it has within the workplace

This programme can be run as either a 1-day or a half-day programme depending on your needs and preferences.
