new "experiential learning" section launched
Righttrack have launched a new "Experiential & Scenario Based Learning" section on their website in response to the increased demand for this type of training. Righttrack have embraced and utilised this approach since their inception in 1988, as it delivers very powerful and effective learning. Chris Banting, Marketing Manager, said, "2005 has seen a significant increase in the number of clients requesting this approach to learning as more and more people realise its power. Therefore we felt the time was right to launch a dedicated section on our website to fully promote our expertise and experience in this area." Righttrack would like to welcome Sarah Goodfellow, who has just been added to the growing training and consultancy associate team. Sarah has worked in senior training and development positions within a number of high profile companies and brings a wealth of practical experience backed up with impressive qualifications. Righttrack have promoted Chris Banting to Marketing Manager. Chris joined the company two years ago as Marketing Specialist and has since made a significant impact on the business. Kasmin Cooney, MD, said "The promotion has come as a result of the tremendous success Chris has had over the last two years in terms of significantly growing our business, gaining new clients and developing and implmenting our marketing strategy". The new role will see Chris have even more authority and responsibility over Righttrack's marketing activity and will also see him get more involved in sales. Righttrack have appointed a new associate, Phil Clarkson, to its expanding training and consultancy team and Phil has already been requested by a number of clients. The appointment follows successful growth in the number and diversity of projects that Righttrack are receiving. Phil’s background is in multi-site retail in the UK and Europe and he brings an added dimension to our already highly qualified and experienced team. Codi is the latest, and cutest, addition to the Righttrack team. He is a Finnish Lapphund, which are derived from the Spitz breed and are used today as a herding dog for reindeer. His future role at Righttrack will include helping to disprove the long-standing training myth that you can't teach old dogs new tricks, although currently he fills the vacancy of Director of Chaos! His main role however is to act as a de-stresser for the barking mad Righttrack team, who are looking forward to taking him on lots of walks, as well as being a continual reminder of the work-life balance. 100% of customers say they will use righttrack again - again
As part of our ongoing drive to provide our customers with world class service, we commissioned a satisfaction survey in April of this year. The results are extremely positive with, for the second year running, 100% of customers saying that they will use Righttrack again and 100% of customers saying that they will recommend Righttrack to others. Kasmin Cooney, Managing Director, said "The results demonstrate our continued commitment to exceeding our customer's expectations. We are continually striving for new innovative and effective ways of meeting our customer’s diverse range of development needs. We look to provide flexible learning options that result in acceptable solutions that achieve the best possible outcomes. The results have unanimously shown that our customers are more than satisfied with the service that we provide." Another important finding of the results was that, year-on-year, our customers believe that we have improved. "Our results show a marked increase from 2004." Chris Banting, Marketing Specialist said, "This is very important to us as we have been making a variety of incremental improvements over the last year to enhance the value customers get from our service, and we will continue to do so this year." new customer satisfaction survey commissioned
Righttrack has commissioned a new customer satisfaction survey to ascertain the views, comments and satisfaction levels of its customers. This follows the 2004 survey which found that 100% of customers say they would use Righttrack again. The survey will be taking place during April, with the results due to be published in June 2005. irene celebrates 10 years at righttrack
Irene Baxter, one of the most crucial members of the Righttrack team, has now been at the company for 10 years. Initially joining on a part-time basis, Irene became full time within months as she excelled in her multi-functional role as a member of the support team. Her tireless effort, motivation and cheeky Scottish humour have made her popular both within Righttrack and with the many clients she has worked with over the years. Righttrack would like to thank Irene for all her tremendous hard work over the last 10 years and we look forward to working with her over the next 10 years!!
The new year has started well for Righttrack, with a host of new customers signing up for the 2005 training season, with projects ranging from customer service initiatives to training manual design. Excellent customer references, a wealth of learning and development experience and an innovative approach are just some of the reasons given why these new customers choose Righttrack. With recent progressive advances in the Kuwaitis approach to learning and development, Righttrack is also seeing good growth in this market. Righttrack are hoping to build on this strong start to make 2005 their best year to date.
The Leading Edge, the range of in-house ready-to-run training programmes provided by Righttrack, has proved successful since its launch in June 2004. Following feedback from customers, the website has been redesigned and now boasts a fresh new look and a range of new programmes. |
