Coaching Services

Righttrack offers a range of one-to-one personal coaching services for businesses, all of which are designed in collaboration with you to deliver a tailored coaching programme, which will meet your business and employee needs. Our coaching services include (click on the links to find out more):

Executive Leadership Coaching

Coaching at this level has many benefits. It provides busy executives with a safe and confidential environment in which they as leaders can share the particular challenges and concerns which, of their very nature, are private and seldom can be discussed or shared with peers. At Righttrack we appreciate that frequently at the leadership level, such individuals neither have the time nor is it always appropriate for them to attend the more usual development interventions. By working with leaders at this level, the benefits of coaching also feed through to everyone in the organisation - maximising the ROI.

Coaching For Change Management

Change - estimates vary but conservatively, over 60% of change initiatives fail to deliver against expectation. Frequently the underlying cause stems not from poor project management but from insufficient attention to the transition management of people. At Righttrack we have extensive experience of change management. Our coaches provide a focused environment where the change leader can consider and develop the most effective strategy to, and implementation of, change management, thereby optimising the likelihood of success.

Performance Coaching

Often aimed at successful, goal focused and highly motivated managers and executives, this approach recognises that individuals always have within them the opportunity to perform even better.

Helping Prevent Executive Derailment

At some point in many executives' professional careers, organisational factors, personal circumstances or other dynamics can create a mix where an individual can find themselves in danger of derailing. By working with one of our coaches on a one-to-one basis, we can address situations which may be avoidable for both organisation and individual, by providing the individual with immediate, just in time support and the springboard to make a number of effective changes in a controlled and managed timescale.

First 100 Day's Transition to a New Executive Position

Over 40% of managers fail within 18 months of transitioning to a new role and often this failure can be traced back to the effectiveness of their actions and decisions within the first 90-100 days. Transitions, even within organisations or divisions, can be much more complex than anticipated, and yet few organisations prepare or support their managers and executives in this difficult time. The Righttrack coaching team can help individuals navigate the potential obstacles encountered within such transitions, make better and more considered decisions and potentially preventing or limiting the cost of failure.

Career Coaching

At some point in most individual's careers, there comes a time when an individual reaches what appears to be a career cross-roads; it is at such times that career coaching can prove invaluable. Many of our clients have avoided the loss of a talented individual who, without coaching, may have otherwise left to fulfil their ambitions elsewhere. This is also a useful service and support for individuals who may face redundancy.

Managing Work-Life Balance

In December 2006, The Harvard Business Review featured an article about the phenomenon of "extreme jobs" and "the dangerous allure of the 70 hour week", noting that this is becoming a reality not only in the USA but also in the UK. Despite, or in spite of advances in technology and the fact we now operate in a global marketplace, it is becoming harder and harder to separate work and personal life. A lack of balance in either aspect of an individual's life will tend to spill over and affect the other. Through coaching, Righttrack can encourage an executive to take stock of their current situation with a view to bringing greater balance and improved performance.

Integrating and Embedding Learning and Development Programmes

Coaching can ensure that individuals embed new skills and learning and apply these when they return to the workplace. Often the most difficult element of applying new skills is the discomfort and feeling of being 'out of my comfort zone' when applying these initially. Through coaching, the individuals are encouraged to agree goals and implement action plans to bring about the desired behavioural or skill changes ("ordinary training typically increased productivity by 22%, while training combined with coaching increased productivity by 88%" - Source - The International Personnel Management Association (IPMA), 2001).
