Assessment Centres

There is no effective substitute for objectively observing and measuring how people behave and perform which is why Righttrack design and implement assessment centres for selection or development.

We can provide a range of services including competency matrix design (see Competency Frameworks section), assessor training, exercise design and psychometric testing (see Psychometric Questionnaires section).

We can work together with you or design and manage the whole thing on your behalf, using our own well established assessment tools. Role exercises are designed specifically for each role including unassigned roles, middle and senior managers and directors.
