This facilitation skills programme is approved by ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) Europe's largest leadership and management awarding body as a Development Programme.
All delegates will receive Righttrack Academy for Trainers membership. The membership provides confidential support for new trainers through their initial training experiences.
By the end of the programme participants will:
Understand the difference between training and facilitation and when to use either approach
Be able to explain the role of facilitation and its value in aiding adult learning
Know the value and purpose of reviewing and have learned and practised
questioning and feedback techniques
Appreciate the importance of engaging with an audience and learned techniques
that accelerate rapport building
Have learned to become more sensitive to group dynamics and considered how to
handle different types of situation
Know how to adapt behaviour in order to effectively manage groups
Have learned and practised planning and facilitating a group exercise
Have participated in the role of a learner for facilitated group learning delivered by other course delegates and given feedback
