Righttrack’s ability to provide bespoke development solutions and training programmes ensures everything is appropriate to your culture, and the development needs of your organisation and delegates.

Some clients demand programmes suitable for a wide mix of cultures attending the same programme. We have run programmes with as many as 15 different cultures represented. For us, this is all in the design and the attention we pay to detail. We also consider that delegates may be working in their second, or third language.

Righttrack apply the same added value to each overseas project as we do at home. This includes project management, project administration and Righttrack Delegate Membership.
