The iMA Essentials Workshop is a ½ day training session that provides participants with the skills, knowledge and awareness to make impactful improvements to how they communicate and interact with others.

Whether participants are in the front line or back office, in management or production, customer service or administration, sales or technical, they learn and understand the language of iMA and are able to utilise it immediately on their return to work.

Prior to the programme participants will complete the iMA Questionnaire to help them identify their iMA style, and will then attend a specially designed ½ day training session that covers:

  • How to identify another person's iMA style
  • The four basic iMA styles overview
  • What is behavioural adaptability?
  • How to modify your directness and openness
  • Tension among the styles
  • Action plans with all four iMA styles
  • How to adapt to the different iMA styles
