Managing Sales

The Righttrack Managing Sales Programme is aimed at Sales Executives and Sales Managers and is designed to progressively provide an understanding of the key knowledge and skills required to be successful in today’s sales market.

It consists of four modules and provides a total of 61 hours of learning, self-study, personal analysis and transfer learning activities.

The programme is designed to be run as 2-day, 1-day or ½-day workshops with time between modules to allow transfer of the learning into day-to-day activities and time for review and assessment with the Sales Manager / Director.
