The aim of the Managing Your Customers Development Programme is to provide comprehensive learning to develop managers and those with management potential to better ‘manage’ customers and to fully understand organisational commitments to customer service.

The course is workshop style involving input by the training consultant, group discussion, individual and syndicate group exercises involving case studies and practical scenarios. The content will also include examples of company customer service policies and customer commitments.

The training consultant will provide individual feedback and coaching during skills development elements of the programme.

The programme utilises both pre and post programme assessments and is designed to be fun and engaging for up to 21 delegates.
