The Leadership Uncovered Development Programme is aimed at team leaders, supervisors and managers who have line management responsibility for individuals and teams.

The aim of the programme is to progressively provide an understanding of the key knowledge and skills required to be a successful leader within the company.

It consists of three modules and provides a total of 46 taught hours and a further 9 hours of self-study, personal analysis and transfer learning activities.

This programme is designed to be run as 3 x 2-day modules, 1-day or 2 day workshops with time between modules to allow transfer of the learning into day-to-day activities and review and assess with the organisation.
