a little bit of magic

Kasmin and a European EagleEach year the internal Righttrack team celebrate Christmas with a team outing and this year, on the 22nd November, we headed off to The Coniston Hotel, which is situated in the picturesque Yorkshire Dales.

This is not the first encounter that Righttrack have had at the Coniston Hotel, as it has been a popular location for some of our experiential events. Although our trip wasn't as challenging as some, it still provided food for thought and was great to get away and reflect on the way we picked up new skills and dealt with our fear.

Our trip away consisted of visiting the estate falconry, a Land Rover experience, clay pigeon shooting and archery. Although there were some apprehensions about certain tasks each team member tried their best at all the activities. By the end of the trip everyone was extremely tired, but the group's consensus was that it was a great success and something we would all love to do again, as all of the pictures show.

Kasmin Cooney, Righttrack's Managing Director, said "This year we wanted to do something a bit different and although we have worked at the Coniston Hotel we have never as a team enjoyed the facilities, and as it was nearly Christmas we thought why not. Over the two days we had typical British weather with lovely blue skies on the first day and then rain and wind on the second. This did not put us down and spirits remained high. Although the main reason behind the trip was to celebrate Christmas as a team we got a lot out of it and it has helped cement our team even further."
