John has worked as an associate of Righttrack for a number of years, working on a diverse range of projects for a number of our key clients. He has always been a popular member of the Righttrack training team so we were thrilled when he showed interest in joining the internal team as our Programme Design Coordinator.

John's new role as Programme Design Coordinator consists of many different tasks but the main ones are:

• Designing project specific learning and development programmes in a broad range of subject areas
• Managing and creating an internal resource library
• Working with the Righttrack Training Associates

The role is perfect for John as his basis for course writing focuses on up-to-date knowledge of underpinning theories, which is supported by considerable personal experience of many development subjects and a strong educational background.

John has an extensive range of qualifications in the learning and development field and some of these are mentioned below:

• Diploma in Performance Coaching
• Personal Mastery in Neuro Linguistic Programming
• BPS Level B, Personality and Ability Assessment
• Certificate in Management
• Certificate in Counselling
• Certificate in Online Tutoring
• Qualified to facilitate Righttrack’s ILM Approved Development Awards

• City and Guild 7317 A1 Assessor Award
• Performance Coaching

As John and Righttrack have known each other for years both parties are thoroughly looking forward to developing a closer relationship.
