We want you to receive the emails we send you and so to ensure our messages reach your inbox in the future please add our email address to your address book or safe senders list. It should take only a few minutes.
If you think you may have given us an incorrect email address, or are still not receiving your eBulletin after completing the following please contact us.
How to add our e-mail address to your address book or safe sist
To prevent unwanted spam email, some internet service providers block messages from senders whose email addresses are not in the recipient's address Book or safe senders list. We have provided instructions for the most commonly used internet providers. Please scroll down to find your inetrnet provider below:
Yahoo
- From your Mailbox screen click on the small arrow to the right of Addresses on the top blue bar
- This will open a drop down menu, click on Add Contact
- Type carefully, or copy and paste our email address enquiries@righttrackuk.com into the email box
- Click Save Contact
Hotmail
- Click on Contacts from the tabs at the top
- Click on Safe List from the menu on the left
- Type carefully, or copy and paste our email address enquiries@righttrackuk.com into the address box
- Click Add
Outlook 2003
- From your Inbox click on Actions from the top bar
- This will open a drop down menu, hover over Junk E-mail, then click on Junk E-mail Options from the menu that appears on the right
- Click on Safe Senders from the box tabs
- Click on the Add button. Type carefully, or copy and paste our email address enquiries@righttrackuk.com into the box. Click OK
AOL 8.0
- From your Mailbox screen click on the small arrow to the right of Mail Options at the top
- This will open a drop down menu, click on Address Book
- Click on Add Contact button
- Type carefully, or copy and paste our email address enquiries@righttrackuk.com into the Screen Name box. Click Save.You do not need to fill in any of the other fields
AOL 9.0
- From your Mailbox screen click on the small arrow to the right of Mail Options at the top
- This will open a drop down menu, click on Address Book
- Click on Add+ button
- Type carefully, or copy and paste our email address enquiries@righttrackuk.com into the Screen Name box. Click Save.You do not need to fill in any of the other fields
MSN 8
- Click on Email Settings in the bottom left
- Click on Junk Mail from the page that opens
- Click on Safe List from the page that opens
- Click on Add an item to this list. Type carefully, or copy and paste our email address enquiries@righttrackuk.com into the box. Click on Add
MSN 9
- Click on Settings: E-mail l Junk e-mail in the bottom left
- Click on Junk E-Mail Guard from the page that opens
- Click on Safe List from the page that opens
- Type carefully, or copy and paste our email address enquiries@righttrackuk.com into the box. Click on Add
