Diane Abbott, Shadow Health Minister, has apologised for any offence caused by recent Twitter comments.
It comes as no surprise that Diane Abbot has accidentally allowed her prejudice to show through. She has always used the race card by pointing critically at the white community from the position of downtrodden black minority. As the country continues to invest in equality, particularly in the public sector, it will be good to get the likes of Diane to go with it, not to continue to emphasise the divides in order to keep her name in the headlines. She could do no worse than working with a group on an Equality and Diversity workshop and learning to understand that there are different attitudes to diversity besides her own.
