A large proportion of companies plan structured management training, sales, customer service and business skills training for their people. Finding the right courses can be a challenge because those that are easily accessed don’t accurately fit the training need, they are too general, or too expensive. Increasingly it seems that organisations are contracting learning and development specialists to write specific courses to meet the need. Indeed some are having their own internal trainers trained to deliver the learning to keep costs down.
Recently two companies, each very predominant in their own markets, have retained Righttrack to design and write bespoke training to meet specific needs. British Car Auctions the leading vehicle remarketing company has recently submitted a Righttrack designed course for accreditation by an industry body. Antique Wine Company has announced that Righttrack has been successful in securing accreditation for its substantial Programme in Fine Wine Commerce from the ILM (institute of Leadership and Management). In both cases clients wanted training designed to their specific needs to equip their people to excel in their roles and to advance their careers underpinned by recognised, certificated training.
Cost saving is paramount just about everywhere, but to advance business so is the quality of the management training, sales or customer service development provided to company employees. Bespoke training will deliver in every respect.
