Our portfolio of management training options provides real choice and the route taken will depend on the size of organisation, budget and development need. We can design one off programmes to meet company needs or provide a modular approach, where delegates attend, for example, one module every six weeks, with practical work based assignments linking the modules. This is a very popular way of developing busy managers or team leaders, who can't be out of the business for too long at a time. This approach also provides a better opportunity for learning to be transferred into the workplace, a chunk at a time. This method is not exclusive to management development but also works exceptionally well for customer service training, leadership development and sales. ILM approved programmes are available and we are able to modify the content to suit clients needs.
