This event involves delegates in producing, directing and performing a piece of theatre. Working to a structured set of objectives, delegates are involved in creating the business idea, planning the activity from design to choreography, negotiating for the props and materials to use in the production, creating the theatre backdrops, as well as allocating roles and responsibilities.

Depending on the group size, the event can be competitive if run for teams of people from the same organisation. The event can also be run non-competitively for smaller groups. Some clients invite an audience to view the performance; others sell tickets and combine the learning event with an opportunity to raise funds for their chosen charity.
