Modular Programmes – training room and field based Delegates attend three or four bespoke conventional development modules, based here in the UK, followed by a final field-based module in South Africa. The knowledge built up by the Righttrack trainer of each delegate’s strengths and limitations enables us to design the final module to be highly specific to each and every delegate. The field-based finale will enable delegates to demonstrate to themselves and their peers their capabilities and new leadership focus.
