leisure complex business challenge

This event involves delegates designing a new concept and approach for a Leisure Complex. Working to a structured set of objectives, delegates are involved in creating the business idea, compiling a business plan, considering the marketing strategy, the location of the building, service offering, equipment etc.

The event is competitive. It can be run for teams of people from the same organisation or for smaller groups, where the conceptual business idea/plan is entered into a national competition. The group also receives feedback from a well established expert from the Leisure Industry, who attends the event and judges the team efforts.

Whilst being challenging and fun, the event covers a broad range of different learning experiences and outcomes, including:
