It is a real privilege to be able to contribute to a needing community whilst at the same time developing leadership qualities. A real win-win situation for everyone. Righttrack will develop the module taking into account the client’s learning needs by working closely with the community and the charity to create learning activities that truly make a positive contribution to the community and the development of delegates. The activity basis of the module can range from a number of different activities, from building climbing frames and basketball courts for the local crèches and youth clubs to building toilets and kitchens for the local churches and soup kitchens. Righttrack work with local charitable organisations and the client to ensure that the field based project is appropriate to the learning needs of the delegates and provides tangible outcomes for the Society.
