Throughout Righttrack's history, we have aspired to design creative and innovative development solutions, which provide delegates with challenging and interesting ways in which to learn. Our experiential learning events are one option. Alternatively, you might consider a scenario based learning event as a learning method to develop high levels of awareness, behaviour and skills. Experiential learning provides powerful and creative learning which is centred around doing. This method uses the whole of the learning cycle to involve people in thinking, planning, experimenting, decision making and taking action. This process is then followed by observing, reflecting, reviewing, adjusting goals and taking more action. This adds up to a comprehensive learning experience. The experiential approach has two options; events where delegates 'live the activity' and events that are based on detailed scenarios that echo the client company's situation. Both options provide memorable learning which is fun and effective and provide a different approach from the trainer-led, group discussion, group exercise type of format which is often the structure for more conventional, training room based learning programmes.
