Graham Terry

Graham was a senior manager in the Royal Air Force responsible for the leadership training of newly recruited officers to become managers and team performers. The worldwide reputation of the Royal College at Cranwell, where he designed and delivered many management and leadership programmes, underpins his pedigree as a learning and development specialist. His career has seen him work in challenging areas such as Northern Ireland, Afghanistan and Sierra Leone, finding solutions for demanding customers to support dynamic operations. Graham spent a year working at the Sultanate’s Air Academy in Oman as senior training advisor.

As a trainer/facilitator his work has involved the bespoke design and delivery of theory and practical programmes, ranging from one-to-one training, to experiential learning events for 200+ personnel. He is an adaptable and accomplished trainer with strong communication and presentation skills. His enthusiastic approach is based on the premise that the customer knows best and he helps them explore ways that their learning can be practically applied to their workplace and to their own particular style.

Graham has worked with Righttrack on the design and preparation of the ILM approved Righttrack Academy for Trainers.
