Steve has been involved in sales in one form or another since he started work. Over the years, he has gained vast experience of the different skills sets required for a variety of sales environments. Steve has a natural ability to adapt his style according to his environment; you often see him ‘Pulling’ rather than ‘Pushing’, a technique often so effective in selling as well training.

 

There are many ‘experts’ in the field but there are very few with the style and approach that Steve so naturally embraces. He is sensitive to the learning needs of his audience but a tough taskmaster when it comes to challenging fixed ways of thinking and deeply embedded paradigms. Steve’s whole focus is to select carefully from his resource of theory and models to support learning that is pragmatic and that really does result in improved sales effectiveness.
