Rennie is a professional consultant with an outstanding record for helping clients implement their marketing strategy and transform their sales performance.

 

Rennie has a breadth of experience that covers financial services, chemicals, automotive, telecommunications, construction and professional services.

 

He is an experienced trainer, workshop facilitator and consultant who has researched, designed and led development programmes and consultancy projects in almost every aspect of sales, marketing and customer strategy. His client work has not only taken him across Europe, but also to the United States, Canada and the Middle East.

 

During his career, Rennie has had management experience with Ford Motor Company in a variety of sales, marketing and dealer management roles, and with British Telecoms in setting up their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practice.

 

Rennie has also written a number of articles on CRM and customer strategy and has been a speaker at numerous conferences. Formerly, he was a visiting Lecturer in Services Marketing at Bristol Business School.
