Stuart spends time with the client to ensure that the design of interventions meets the needs of the Organisation and will work flexibly around any specific requirements the client has highlighted. In making his interventions engaging, interactive and relevant, he seeks to gain insight both into the individuals but also into how they can best use their learning to deliver their own sustainable improvement within the Organisation. Delivery may also include working with unusual approaches, such as the use of theatre techniques to enhance realism.
