Sarah has 20 years’ development experience that includes Management and Leadership training, consulting and organisational development consultancy in both the Public and Private Sectors.

It is evident from the enthusiasm she exudes that she gains immense satisfaction from enabling individuals to develop their full potential. Sarah has run a wide range of management, leadership and personal development programmes at all levels from Directorate to Graduate. Her exposure to a variety of organisations has given her an insight into the different challenges facing each. Sarah’s experience spans a cross section of organisations from the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

Sarah is driven by results. By utilising her excellent communication skills, Sarah is able to design and deliver practical and inspiring learning & development interventions.
