John Wade

John is a highly motivated individual with almost thirty years of training and coaching experience, including one-to-one interventions, smaller focus groups, classroom and lecture style training, and larger audiences. He has trained all levels of employee, from new, junior and more experienced staff, to supervisors, managers and Board directors. His experience has been gained across the business and financial services, including international organisations, and the not for profit sector.

John has a long-held belief in developing the potential of the individual to meet the needs of their organisation, and improving their contribution to the organisation through their own personal skill set. He believes that properly motivated and trained staff perform to a higher level, benefitting both the individual and organisation.

His style is both engaging and challenging – he provides very participative and inclusive training, ensuring delegate involvement with and reaction to the subject matter.
