Geoff Beadsworth

Geoff has been leading teams one way or another for the last 19 year; in the later years he worked at a senior level within a Blue Chip Financial Services company. It is this grounding and experience, coupled with his technical knowledge of leadership and learning that provides Geoff with a passion for developing those with leadership responsibilities.

Geoff has a naturally facilitative and supportive style, yet is able to challenge his clients when necessary to change behaviours and adapt beliefs to maximise performance. Always pragmatic and logical in approach he has a knack of helping individuals to get to the heart of identifying their own priorities and actions to optimise their development. An expert in learning, Geoff has a wealth of knowledge of different learning methodologies to improve performance.

As well as a passion for learning, Geoff’s customer service to his clients is second to none. He has a mission to truly understand the organisations he works with and in doing so he is able to ensure that the programmes he develops and delivers really hit the mark; anything less just won’t do.
