Duncan mixes his passion and enjoyment for the outdoors with the fulfilling work that people development brings. With qualifications and experience in a variety of outdoor activities, he appreciates and understands the feeling of trying things for the first time.

His work with a wide range of demographic client types has allowed him to develop an approach, which, whilst ensuring the right degree of challenge is met, supports delegates through the initial physical experience and onwards into the learning and transfer aspects of the training. His varied background, in both public and private sectors, brings with it a wealth of knowledge and broader understanding of a number of industries and business departments.

Duncan’s organised and thoughtful approach to learning and development is reflected in his approachable style. He prides himself on being a ‘people person’ and as such is able to unlock the potential in everyone. His areas of specialisation are varied but include team development and leadership as well as facilitation and technical support.
