Audrey Linton

Audrey is passionate about releasing the untapped potential of people, and a charming and engaging facilitator.

Having spent several years working for the UK Government she brings a vast experience of policy making and change management as well as learning and development. Audrey specialises in developing leadership capability at all levels of an organisation through one to one coaching and personal effectiveness. She supports leaders to not only be more effective, but helps them to develop self care mechanisms and techniques to be successful in their roles through training, coaching and 360 feedback; building on their strengths and gauging their impact on others.

In addition she brings expertise in career management, communication skills and working with teams. She has an amazing ability to work with diverse groups ranging from, corporate leaders, women only groups and young people.

Her experience spans across public, private and voluntary sector organisations both within the UK and abroad.
