Stuart is a passionate, seasoned professional with experience of working with participants from Employee to Management and Boardroom level in well known, international businesses and across a broad spectrum of sectors.

Participants have described him as approachable, flexible, knowledgeable, professional and stimulating.

His background in psychology allows him to read and adapt to his audience and their needs. He believes it is essential to engage the audience and talk in practical terms about their work context in order to deliver a sustainable learning experience which will inspire thought and result in behavioural change. Keen to see results, he will work with participants to consider how they will measure their own success.

Stuart spends time with the client to ensure that the design of interventions meets the needs of the Organisation and will work flexibly around any specific requirements the client has highlighted.

In making his interventions engaging, interactive and relevant, he seeks to gain insight both into the individuals but also into how they can best use their learning to deliver their own sustainable improvement within the Organisation. Delivery may also include working with unusual approaches, such as the use of theatre techniques to enhance realism.
