Sarah is a highly motivated, self-starting individual with 20 years’ development experience that includes customer service training, consulting and organisational development activities in both the Public and Private Sectors.

She is unmistakably passionate about what she does. It is evident from the enthusiasm she exudes that she gains immense satisfaction from assisting individuals, teams and organisations in developing to their full potential.

It is imperative to the success of any programme that the learning gained can be practically transferred from the training room to the workplace. Not only does Sarah strive to ensure all learning events are practical, she works very hard to make them as participative, motivating and fun as she possibly can.

Her exposure to a variety of organisations has given her an insight into the different challenges facing each. Sarah’s experience spans a cross section of organisations from the UK, Europe and the Gulf. Her depth of experience cuts across both geographical and cultural boundaries.

Sarah is driven by results; her main focus is to get organisations to utilise their peoples’ skills to the full. By utilising her excellent communication skills, Sarah is able to design and deliver practical and rousing learning & development interventions, and with two decades of experience she is a true asset to any project.
