Jane Cousins

Jane’s first role in training was as an internal Learning and Development Manager within a fast paced, multi-million Retail Organisation, dealing with their Head Office, Retail Stores and Distribution Centre’s.

Jane has worked across a variety of industries both in the private and public sector utilizing all her experiences both on a practical and theoretical level.

A highly qualified and accomplished facilitator, her success is attributed to her commitment to fully understanding the needs of her clients and delegates which ensures successful learning. She has a very flexible approach, professionalism and the ability to communicate and work at all levels which has been gained by holding numerous senior management positions in large organizations and by dealing with a variety of clients in both the public and private sector.

When delegates leave Jane’s training room they have gained a full understanding of the topic however more importantly how they can practically apply in the workplace, with motivation and confidence.
